Frontend Developer

About this role

We're looking for a Frontend Developer who treats UI like a craft — someone who sweats the spacing, cares about the interaction state and knows the difference between "it works" and "it's right." You'll be the person who turns designs into living, breathing interfaces that users love.

This is a fully remote, full-time role. You'll work closely with Stephen (founder) and collaborate with our design collaborators on a mix of client projects and internal products.

What you'll work on

• Building high-performance marketing sites, SaaS dashboards and product UIs with React and Next.js.
• Translating Figma files into responsive, accessible, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS.
• Contributing to and maintaining a growing component library and design token system.
• Running Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals audits, then actually fixing the issues.
• Collaborating async-first — clear written communication is as important as your code.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of production experience with React and modern CSS (no frameworks you can't explain).
• Solid understanding of Next.js, the App Router and server/client component boundaries.
• A sharp eye for design — you notice when something's 2px off and it bothers you.
• Proven ability to deliver work independently without hand-holding.
• Good written English — our team is async and your words carry weight.
• A portfolio showing real shipped work, not just Dribbble concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS or Framer Motion.
• Familiarity with headless CMS tools (Sanity, Contentful, Payload).
• Basic Node.js / API integration chops.
• You've worked in an agency or studio environment before.
